Pros

No Pros is there in this company

Cons

1. No Work life balance 2. ABB claims that it cares for employee health but everyone is forced to come to office in peak corona times they just make fool. 3. You will be asked to work on different projects at same time and ABB does not offer any initial or later trainings, you have to struggle on your own. 4. No events, enjoyment, apart from work and your monthly salary you get nothing here. 5. No gym, recreation room nothing is there.

Pros

No pros are there, earlier lunch was cheap but now it is also costly

Cons

No work life balance No hike or very little hike in a year Better to join a startup, in ABB managers dont care about employees ABB does drama that they care about your health a lot but when all companies were shutdown we were forced to go to office in lockdown.
