Friendly work culture, plenty of resources to learn from, good hands on experience in whatever you do, mistakes are accepted and are dealt with peacefully by the mentors.

Cons

not a pay master, comparatively lower salaries than the market, growth is slow, doesn't yet have a culture which motivates people to think out of the box.

Gained a lot of experience, multicultural exposure, the best "work & travel" program I experienced, a lot of fun on 3 continents

Cons

A lot of travelling as commissioning engineer, very little time for family, grossly underpaid - the travelling allowances made up some of that difference
