      - Easy access to technical information, brochures, specifications and product information via ABB's extremely well-developed web portals - Great and plentiful training opportunities organized by the local HR. Regular visits by subject matter experts from different countries

      - Environment can be a little political, as is probably the norm in large, expanded corporations. Excellent opportunity to develop our PR and soft skills in order to thrive

      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to learn about a variety of different products (ABB and 3rd party). I also had the opportunity to manager many unique and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Many of the upper managers managed people by yelling at them and jumping to conclusion before getting all the facts. This is extremely counter productive and unprofessional. There was very limited project technical support resources. The resources that were available were stretch very thin.
