Pros

1. Relaxation for old people 😉 2. Brand name 3. You get glittery designation

Cons

Where should I start from, 1. Management is very old with outdated ideas and mental issues, as if they are running a primary school. 9 hours swiping policy like school. Or they will cut salary 😅 2. Full lobbying and ineligible people somehow surviving without doing anything. 3. Lack of trainings they think if people get trained, they will jump ships 4. Bad hikes, people who have loads of personal constraints are preferred rather than talents. (Showing less attrition rates) 5. No onsite opportunities. 6. Half of their development only reaches git repository 😅 7. Mostly people working in Poland doing real contribution. 8. Very few helpful people, all trying to save themselves to enjoy relaxation. 9. Don't join if you are passionate about tech stack and want to keep growing. It's a harsh reality for this big organization, I think which needs to reassess itself.

Pros

1. Work life balance. 2. Tagged as retirement company. 3. Group managers or Line managers are good and supportive. They understand your problem and try to solve it.

Cons

1. Very less salary as compared to other software companies. 2. Hike is very less or sometime No Hike. 5% hike is good in this company. 3. No innovation. 4. Worst HR policies. 9 hours a day swipe in time otherwise they will cut the salary. HR is useless in this company. 5. Working with very old technologies. And No exposure to new technologies 6. If you joining this company then probably you are taking a step backward in your career. 7. Mostly project managers don't have technical knowledge. So you have to report to the person who doesn't have technical knowledge or domain knowledge. 😂😂😂
