We are encouraged to stretch and exercise during the day ABB is slowly moving in with much better policies and benefits Lots of smarty pants people to learn from

Local managers interpret some policies however they want with no accountability (like the new flexible hours policy) ABB vacation policies still haven’t been applied to their adopted Baldor people. Projects drag on and on waiting on layers of approval Too many alpha males roaming the building Pay is so-so HR is farmed out and is the worst Some managers are not good managers of people and micro manage you Raises are insulting Good luck getting a promotion Tendency to make a science project out of the most basic ideas
