As an organisation standards are very high and good opportunity to grow

Cons

No work life balance. Senior manager has a tendency to push subordinates to work in night after all day outdoor routine activities. Specifically on Friday evening used to push to be online in late night and work which normally affects personal time of refreshments and surprisingly that continues till Saturday also and in any weekends. Late night work can happen during month-end situations but not most of the weekend of the month. Again from Monday morning working starts. Very very claustrophobic environment to work.

really good benefits, yearly base pay increase, most of the time they give moving allotments to move house/family

Cons

only 2 weeks off a year for the first 5 years of service.

Mature organization with established processe and procedures, a benchmark for the industry. A lot can be learned and carried cross-industry when it comes to structure and technical knowledge .

Cons

The last few years have felt unstable with the many divestments, spin-offs, and acquisitions. This has created some ambiguity and a bit of a mess when it comes to approvals and smoothness of doing day to day work
