      Pros

      I currently recieve a 7.5% Match contribution from the company. Lots of OT avaliable as an FSE.

      Cons

      Not enough Vacation Time. As a new Employee, i only receive 2 weeks (80 hours), and then get an additonal 40 hours when i hit the 5 year mark.
