Pros

High integrity, willingness to do good and well. A real international group where it is usual to find several nationalities in the same business unit. Technologically curious, great colleagues.

Cons

Cultural swings: The Group shifted from full entrepreneurial spirit (BUs and countries competing against each other, control done by trust...) to paranoia of failure (SOX overdone, bad news unwelcome, high targets for business and projects regardless of available competent troops...), tend to remove confidence from employees and create unreasonable pressure on (qualified) managers.
