      Large, multinational company with presence almost everywhere. Active in many technical areas and market segments. Financially stable and strong. Good ethical principals and routines. Good employee care.

      Cons

      Slow decisions often overridden by new management. Many changes in the structure and management. Businesses are not well integrated and synergies are not taken advantage of.
