      Pros

      Your rotational positions are extremely flexible. You are able to try different aspects of engineering , where in other rotational programs this is not allowed. For example, your able to rotate into a sales engineering role, business development role, project management, or design engineering. The program manager works one on one with you to shape your career. Once the rotation is over the program manager does their best to set you up with a position you are comfortable with and they are behind you 100% of the way. In addition because you are rotating the ability to travel is a great experience and the relocation package for the PAL program is very generous.

      Cons

      Due to it being a large company it can be frustrating to get things done. This goes across all large companies but you will find that many times you have to wait on another persons response in order to get your project complete.

      Trainings in other countries are possible. People are friendly. Expat working in other countries is possible. You'll learn more from other similar countries.

      Cons

      Locally, the management level is very rooted and you have to wait them to retire to expect a promotion.
