My experience was in ABB India. For a recent graduate, the responsibilities entrusted were enormous. Learning curve was steep. Transportation was provided by the company. Great place for electrical engineers to thrive!

Cons

It was quite number oriented. The pressure could sometimes get to you. Also, not to mention the month end pressure.
