      Pros

      Good work-life balance, good location in terms of weather, nice people to work with in general.

      Cons

      Senior people are not motivated to work. They complain about lack of opportunity but they don't want to relocate. They just hang around and wait for retirement. Some incompetent line managers sit in their office everyday and do nothing. All they care about is getting paycheck.

      - Strong ABB knowledge and technology to offers - Good Work - Life Balance, but sometimes has to single handed work alone

      Cons

      - 5 years and career path has been going horizantally..(there are no higher position to get) - Key position or manager mostly fill by expat, and the replacement mostly expat again. - Must single handed handle the works ( quote price, prepare technical , arrange project management, weak coordination with other division) - Always fight with other division during tender in client..which is confusing the end user.
