Great recent engineer graduate program (Power and Automation Leaders). Let's you explore the company, different positions and products and is a nice transition from college. Most people are friendly and helpful. ABB takes care of its employees.

Cons

Training can be hard to receive when needed. Many factories in rural locations.

Work life balance is excellent. They care for their employees. Working environment is very conducive. Working in ABB is very good if you are satisfied with small compensation and perks and if you want to learn and develop yourself into a real engineer.

Cons

The salary structure is very awkward. Compensation and benefits for the new joiners and freshers are very less. it will take you at least 5-7 years to earn a handsome amount, particularly in India.
