Pros

Never stays still, employees are important, will invest in employees, very understanding company and friendly, will listen and take action, very health and safety conscious.

Cons

Not good payers but security is there, performance reviews are not based on salary so if you do great or not so great your pay stays the same, so no motivation to exceed only personal satisfaction.
