Pros

- Good work life balance. - Global exposure and mobility. - Good career options. - Focused on customer needs. - Stabilized processes.

Cons

- Changes are slow. More bureaucratic than required. - Projects that involve multiple product groups and multiple country organizations are a pain. Tendency to make margins on internal sale of products. - Salaries not amongst he highest (but not too bad either). - Some of the managers are not "management material" but have become managers because of seniority.

Big company, lots of possibilities. Chances for further development theoretically possible but not really encouraged from the immediate bosses.

Cons

Management gone from good to bad to worse. Poor communication. Flexible working hours exists only on the papers not in reality.
