      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to learn about a variety of different products (ABB and 3rd party). I also had the opportunity to manager many unique and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Many of the upper managers managed people by yelling at them and jumping to conclusion before getting all the facts. This is extremely counter productive and unprofessional. There was very limited project technical support resources. The resources that were available were stretch very thin.

      Good work life balance and good opportunities for people who are committed to ABB.

      Cons

      The pay is very moderate and so are the growth figures. Highly successful employee are very rare. Young people might not like it as much as middle aged people.
