--Family atmosphere --Lots of diversity within one building - R&D, hardware/software development, sales, order entry, training, customer support, custom projects, manufacturing, supply chain management, and others. --Very nice facility

Cons

--Health of this particular facility sways with gas and oil prices --Can at times be a high stress environment
