      Pros

      Very professional environment. Support from the colleagues and management, very down to earth. Good work-study balance. Average salary, but good benefits. Made some good friends there, however, do not currently communicate.

      Cons

      Lack of team spirit. Most colleagues are family people, who are not really interested in socializing. Some lower management is unconfident to provide straightforward task, that was frustrating. Lack of further career opportunity growth.

      good envronment . Collegues are friendly and can learn quite a lot in the comany. Good for freshman

      too many working hours. have to go out for business trip for too many times

      They help you a lot on the programming and the environment is very nice. They also organise the internship event to make the interns know each other~

      Cons

      They don't normally leave the permanent positions for the interns. And the research center is mostly focus on the on-researching project.
