The leaders are lost. Very hypocritical and back stabbing. Always with a fake smile. Not recommended to a honest and hard working person with a family.

1. Great amount of online data available to develop one's knowledge 2. You have access to manufacturing practices of plants all over the globe 3. Lot of internal training programs conducted(though many of them are quite irrelevant to you) 4. One can have a sense of responsibility working on very important projects with almost no work exp.

Cons

1. Laid back work culture 2. Namesake MNC. A "chalta hai" attitude pretty predominant. 3. Not many development activities or international exposure. 4. Bad compensations.
