- Good people. Good team. - Good work-life balance. Work load low-moderate. - Management is very reachable(but not not responsive and cooperative).

Cons

- Limited opportunities, work and technology-wise. As projects are few and that too almost similar, domain is fixed and learning curve is flat. - Travel and higher management positions are heavily biased towards a electrical engineers, though I work in a software project. - Pay-wise, appreciation has been very bad for me despite of highest ratings. - Very poor cafeteria. - Nelamangala - Bad.. bad location, miles outside city limits.
