      good cmpy for women some good people

      bureaucratic organization poor decision making non indian employees doesnt value indian employee no resource management no planning no process domain guys are more valued software guys not valued---> not a cmpy for enthusiastic software guys bad mid-level managers lots of rotten apples most are in comfort zones

      great opportunities for learning, superb technology, approachable management, good benefits for those on travel, most people switch to ABB Singapore,USA, Switzerland, Norway etc. after 5-6+ years work ex. and obviously the benefits there are much better.

      Cons

      my profile involved 110% travel (domestic & mostly international) and hence bad work life balance, no OT, compensation is on the lower side, only few managers chart out career growth seriously for the employee, not many people stay more than 4-5 years
