Severely entrench with naturalised flavour in the top management. Need to possess a mixture of asian as well as caucasian culture.

Management is top class, job stability is there, working environment is friendly and the discipline is one of the top priorities.

Cons

Honestly I cant think of anything negative about ABB, maybe the Human Resources needs to improve their communication skills in ABB Saudi as most of the employees are foreigners and HR department is mostly handled by Saudis.
