Good working environment, friendly colleagues. There's plenty of assistance that other functions will provide, without putting others down. Matrix structure of reporting, which allows individual to be able to cross learn other functions

Cons

Need more flexibility. Some managers are too bureaucratic, and really they should continue working in the 80s instead. Of 2013. Capable people will move on, while the level just below top management remains. Need to adhere more to rotation in2-3 years,for non business functions or people get entrenched
