Good benefits. Bonus the past few years. Flexible time off. Company car can be used for personal use. Travel and see the country.

Cons

Lots of travel! Big corporation feel. Lots of shuffling of regions and management lately. Salary isn't where it should be compared to industry.

Opportunity to try out various areas / phases in engineering Freedom to chose area of work. Supportive seniors / colleagues Long serving employees are provided decent options of work if not satisified with current post.

Cons

Lack of proper sytsem structure (this helps employees to try out various roles). Poorly distributed work load / pressure (heavy pressure at times, at other times free). Long, tiring onsite tours.
