good location, easy tax structure, accessibility of site from all major Euro cultural attractions, relatively cosmopoltican appeal and safe.Good reputation of the firm

Cons

very poor group cohesiveness, lack of variety of work, poor compensations, bleak chance for promotion, lack of transparency, very localised senior management, absolutely inefficient and unprepared for managing diversity at workplace

work pressure is little lesser than normal IT concern

Cons

Manythings to say but foremost reaspon is very worst Work Culture and no growth in our prof.career. If you are not maitain 9 hours work timing then money will be deducted directly from your salary. No allowance even if you work late hours or weekends. No transport facility, Very worst canteen.
