Is a very big reality, challenging, with a lot opportunity to improve the skills and also the career. You beed to be an open mind.

Cons

Sometimes can be that the bosses are very old, with the mind lost in the last century, so in this case i suggest to ask for change the department.

Pros

ABB gives young high potential engineers a great chance to move up through the ranks very fast. I've never seen a company but some much time and effort into training their new engineers.

Cons

You really have to prove yourself, you will not be promoted based on years of experience only.
