Global, nice colleagues and culture, one can learn a lot, respected brand in the market, speed/direct decision making recently

Cons

No care about people development, everyone is told career development is own responsibility, siloes between businesses and "clans" make finding growth opportunity in other businesses within the group practically impossible, artificial strong push to hire women to improve diversity compromises quality in number of cases
