      The leadership team has no clue what they're doing. It's a spiral of passing blame. There is no strategy, the strategy is just to keep selling more, but there's no how or why or support.

      For me payment hasn't been fair. I have done manager level tasks with specialist salary. When I tried to raise this I got resistance from my manager and got told they need to see me develop and let's get back to it later. It really depends who is your manager. Yet I get praised for my contribution and no feedback on how to improve.
