      The management are helful and people-oriented. The work in the R&D department is interesting and the team members still foster the small-business dynamic.

      Cons

      As part of the huge ABB corporation, you can feel that ABB Motion isn't really noticed by the top corporate management, and that your individual contribution doesn't really matter anymore.
