They prefer people from outside than from internal positions,
low variety of technologies to use -> old solutions are the best,
much of bureaucracy which disturbs in engineer work,
prediction of projects for maximum one week
Management is very flaky, often leaving before they can get anything done. They need less managers. The Managers who remain need to be more accountable.
Big company, big projects. Lots of opportunities to make a difference.

Big company, old ways to do things. Respect towards employee's not very high. For example you have to pay from coffee. Not enough people to do design work.
