Work life balance can be sustained. Higher studies, company pays. Flexible timings but need to report 9 hrs a day. Very less politics. Talented and highly skilled are always recognized. ABB, Bangalore, whitefield road office is best ABB office in India. Good company to settle life.

Cons

Very less pay scale when compared to other software organizations.

Wonderful work environment and will have a safe, secured job. Even in times recession, the company does not fire employees like other companies. Excellent work culture. Very consistent and reliable organization

Cons

No proper, standard perks for the the experienced employees. New joinees are rewarded more with perks than the employees present in the organization. Very less salary hikes yearly.
