The wage was decent not the best but decent

Cons

Everything else about the company first and foremost the management team was horrible all you are is a number not a person everybody is replaceable in their eyes. When your kids get sick and you are a single parent household you will get fired. Working in the shop is very cliquey.

Extremely poor management that created a culture where it was extremely beneficial to blame other and throw fellow employees under the bus.
