      Work life balance is good and people have been fun to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible and as the years have gone on, it's harder to move up the ladder.

      Pros

      Benefits are great. If you can get with the right team leader your work life is better.

      Cons

      It's hard to get a good schedule or change your existing one. Most jobs are being out sourced to other countries. You need to be friends with your team leader or you are left out of whats happening in your department. Lots of cliques. Security should be better.

      Great Benefits, Ability to move around to different parts of company

      Cons

      They've been doing "Reductions in Force" (lay-offs) annually for the past 5 years or so. Only to replace them quickly following that. The one I was caught in was when they committed to reducing expenses ($1B) in 2016 & 2017.
