      Cons

      Recent reorganization of the business resulting from the loss of a major partner has created an atmosphere of fear. More work with less resources so the overall climate of the company has dramatically changed. Also, the pending retirement of Ken Chennault leads many to wonder if the company will eventually be bought by an outside entity.
