Great pay , so good it keeps you stuck even if you are not happy as you know you wint get anything else with that pay Most staff hard working and have good work ethic, newer younger staff dont want to work hard and leaves harder working ones to pick up all the slack and hours

Cons

No benefits or discounts Work life balance not really respected.. some people get away with everything.. single people with no kids not respected or looked after as well Hard physical work with tight tsrgets for tasks

Co-workers are amazing! You truly form a trauma-bond with them. There is no drama because everyone is exhausted and overworked. The stress and burnout we face keeps everyone supporting each other. We all know what it's like to suffer for this company and commiserate with one another. I love my team dearly.

Cons

It's just not worth it.
