-Great people in store -Often feels rewarding -Support from managers, always willing to help with learning in store
Cons
-Pay starts low, feels bad to do the same work/more work than others for way less money -actual qualification is not exactly helpful for the job -very hard work -long shifts most 10 hours -unsocial hours, nearly all shifts either start at 5am or finish at 10pm
