Pay and Benefit package. And nothing else.
Cons
You will need that health insurance. Our store was run with only 3 employees working per shift in the beginning of the month with 50 thousand projected. They never hire more employees and stretch the ones that work to do overtime and then complain that we have overtime. Also the company tends to hire part timers to save on those benefit packages. When someone calls out, there is never anyone to replace them.
