Pros

Pay and benefits are great You will get a nice workout

Cons

You will be over worked and have little to no appreciation, be asked to pick up shifts when you haven't even been trained or worked at all. They are discriminatory towards those with other skills that don't necessarily pertain to this job. You will injure yourself - it will happen because your rushed to be fast an thats all that matters.

Pros

Usually had a small group of employees and the company actually cares about the all the employees and provides good pay and good benefits.

Cons

I worked a lot of overtime, and it is a very faced paced environment (I liked this but some people may not).

Great place to start.

Pros

A typical workday is relatively straightfoward. You come in, check in with your shift-manager, and go from there. Decent pay (11.50-12.00 ) starting out with health, dental, and vision insurance kicking in after 90 days.

Cons

Little room to move up from the bottom so unless you're striving to be a store manager, look elsewhere.
