Pros

The pay is much higher than most retail establishments.

Cons

The teams are usually small, but that's how they can pay so much.

All or Nothing

Pros

Decent pay, 5%match on retirement contributions, affordable insurance and benefits.

Cons

You do everything-stocking, cashiering, cleaning...even resetting the entire store when they want to "remodel." FT associates are also required open availability from 5am-10pm 7 days a week so you really can't change your availability or have a say unless you are part time. There's also time requirements as part of the SOPs that need to be met that are hard to meet, especially when you have a bigger store. Lean business model = sometimes there's two people, sometimes there's more than five, but somehow most days it feels like there's never enough.

Pros

Lots of things to keep you busy.

Cons

Company has the highest turnaround on employees I have ever seen. They keep a skeleton crew and expect you to do the job of 3 people. They preach how important work life balance is then will schedule you to close/open.
