Management styles are inconsistent. I'm transport a long standing leader on days rules by bullying and intimidating. He has no interest in his staff and dismisses their concerns Poor leadership skills see him shout swear and sulk when he doesnt get his own way. 2 new leaders haven't been jaded yet but give it time and no doubt they will follow
