Pros

I really loved working at Aldi, once I left the job because of family issues, I realized how much I missed it. You get decent hours, the pay is good, they have great benefits attached to full time.

Cons

Back pain from stocking and sitting and ringing.

Pros

They pay a living wage, especially where cost of living is low. Benefits were good-health insurance highly subsidized by the company. Company is rapidly expanding.

Cons

Each shift is run with 1 manager and 1 or 2 associates- for the entire store. the company expects performance from everybody that is literally superhuman and physically impossible. Stress levels were the highest I've ever experienced anywhere- including being a general manager at an urban, high volume restaurant.
