Pros

Aldi advertises their positions as a "workout on the clock" and it's no understatement! You'll be stocking inventory, pricing/date products, operating a cash register, and cleaning all in a day's shift. For people that enjoy staying busy and a straight-to-work job, it's a good fit. Don't expect a sedentary, quiet shift: everyday is fast paced and will keep you on your toes. Your coworkers all will work just as much and be supportive to meet daily goals. Paid uniform includes x5 polo shirts, fleece pullover, knit hat, and steel toe shoes.

Cons

Supply shortages and delivery delays break the Aldi efficiency model on a regular basis. A lean staffing model means that if one staff member misses a shift, that work falls to the rest of the team to make up. An entire store is run with ~4 people for each shift, and ~12-16 total empoyees. Management positions are very competitive.
