Great people, busy environment, lots of responsibility early on

Cons

Expected to work lots of overtime with no pay, rude management, your success is entirely dependent on the mentor you have, mine told me on his first day he didn’t like me & was constantly rude to me

Bullying, ganging up, discrimination, you only succeed if you join in. Politics heavy, make a mistake or disagree wuth the wrong person you will be punished hard Deduct the company car tax and you earn way less than the advertised 40k
