Call Center - BEWARE!!

Pros

-Snacks in the kitchen areas. -Ability to collaborate with co-workers that come from a multitude of backgrounds. -Ability to learn grocery chain POS systems and IT equipment.

Cons

-Cold call center atmosphere. -No telecommuting option. -Supervisors are only there when they micro-manage you to take calls. -No supervisor hindsight = agents abusing the phone system and making themselves unavailable at extended periods of time.
