      Set schedule rotation, benefits, can get really good at it /repetitive

      Cons

      Not climate controlled but I understand why haven’t been around long enough to pursue anything internally so don’t have many cons

      Possibilities to advance in ladder and get a better position. Great team work. Company known al over the world. Supporting local buisneses.

      Some Managers should have more supervision on treating employees and learn how be a better person, not only a better manager.
