Pros

Almost everyone you work with is nice and friendly

Cons

High pressure and full of bruises, no one should get stressed over tin cans and bread

Pros

Works with a range of dynamic, diverted people Highest paying Retail hourly job, start £9.45 within London Never day is the same Sense of achievement after each day

Cons

Can be very stressful at times when given many tasks at once but experience makes you efficient. As an apprentice, can be frustrating not earning the same amount for the same hard work.

Pros

Good company to work for in respect of pay. Staff are all motivated to one goal. The Aldi Perks website is good too with various discounts for other retailers (not Aldi).

Cons

Lack of staff... Yes I understand how productivity works however staff safety and stress needs to be thought off too. Vacancies haven't been filled from people that left in January despite people I know applying. There has been days with only 4 staff in the whole store expected to work delivery and man tills. Due to this there is very little work life balance and if your shift is on a Saturday or Wednesday expect to be staying at least 1 hour later!
