Pros

fast paced day went fast most of the time.

Cons

As trainee manager you still do the managers role without the pay, after your three year traineeship is up if they don't want you they will just demote you back to store assistant. Heaps of long hours and you are on a salary. Everything is timed. Poor culture at work and I have worked in several stores- if you hurt your back e.t.c you are just expected to suck it up! NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, YOUR LIFE IS ALDI Believe me if you don't have a bad back before you start at Aldi you will!
