Pros

Usually a great mix of staff. Holiday pay and benefits for full timers. Always active, not a dull moment. Very stimulating environment.

Cons

Micro managing at its finest. “Improved” leader tier isn’t fair. Company is becoming very corporate (cut out late start Sundays/extra pay on Sundays, starting to work more holidays, tested the open later schtick before covid). Fast paced isn’t always great. Not as flexible hours as expected. Forget about seeing family or having an outside life if you’re full time here.
