Pros

Company tries to give employees a descent salary and benefits.

Cons

Sometimes safety is a concern because product comes loose after being stuck in the overhead rack system. New employees do not have time to physically adjust to demanding work schedule. They do not ease you into this over a couple weeks its all immediate. Politics and favorites stand in the way of great employees getting ahead. After a while everyone seems to care less.

Pros

Cut and dry work. If you’re a hard worker and have basic common sense you’ll do great. It’s not my forever job, but it could work for some!

Cons

Don’t take the way managers talk to you personal. It’s a bit stressful at times but the company is built on efficiency. They pay individuals more for less workers at a time.
