Pros

No enforced, unpaid breaks unlike other supermarkets.

Cons

Brushed a sexual harassment case under the rug. Totally unstable hours. No consistency in shifts. i.e. 14:00 - 02:00 and then two days later 06:00 - 14:00 Often would get in only the be sent home. Sometimes people would get sent home and then others would need to stay late. Management took my food/ drinks out the fridge for themselves. 10hr+ shifts on one 30 minute break. Always under/ short staffed. Was asked to clock out and then stay two hours so I wouldn't officially exceed my maximum hours and to , "take it for the team,"

Pros

At first we had an amazing team and a great manager. The only pro of this place was really the store manager and other employees at the time. 16 dollars an hour is okay for a store.

Cons

District managers and higher ups were snobby. They do not pay enough for what they expect. They like to keep a skeleton crew at the stores while constantly having new DM trainees. We were expected to do the jobs of 3 people for each 1 person for the pay of 1 person. Constantly was pretending to be hiring and even had a few hiring events but rarely ever actually hired anyone as they seemed to like having a skeleton crew. Pay was 12.75 majority of my time there. When it did go up to 16, they didn't fairly increase managers and shift lead pay and they expected even more out of the skeleton crew they were already overworking. The district managers clearly never actually worked at the stores a day in their lives with their super unrealistic expectations.
